What’s the difference between a subscription and Credits?
Subscriptions provide unlimited interview sessions and plan-based features during the active period. Credits are pay-as-you-go access for users who prefer a one-time purchase.
How are Credits and Interview Sessions calculated?
Credits are deducted based on actual usage time while interview assistance is active. Usage is measured by the second, with no fixed 30-minute blocks. The interview-session estimate on a pack is based on 60 seconds per minute.
Do my purchased Credits expire?
Purchased Credits do not expire. Free or promotional Credits may have a separate expiration date when one applies.
What’s the difference between Renew and Once?
Renew automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Once is a one-time purchase for the selected period and does not renew automatically.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Self-serve upgrades are available when you move to a longer billing period or from Pro to Elite. Other plan changes may be unavailable and can be reviewed by our support team.
