Refund Policy | InterviewFox

This Refund Policy explains when purchases of InterviewFox subscriptions and Credits may be eligible for a refund. It applies together with our Terms of Service and is subject to applicable law.

1. Subscription refunds

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after purchase. A first-time quarterly or annual purchase may be eligible for a refund within 7 days if the subscription has not been substantially used.

For this policy, substantial use generally means more than 10 minutes of Interview Assistant usage or completion of a substantial task through the Interview Agent.

Renewals and upgrades are generally non-refundable, except where a duplicate charge, billing error, or another payment-processing error occurred.

2. Credits refunds

A Credits purchase may be eligible for a refund within 7 days only when none of the purchased Credits have been used. Once usage has started, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

3. Technical issues

If a material technical issue prevents you from using a paid feature, please contact us promptly. We will first try to restore the affected access or add back the affected Credits or usage time. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may approve an appropriate refund after reviewing the circumstances.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected]with the account email, purchase date, order details, and a short explanation of your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and usage.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider and your bank.

6. Exceptions and applicable law

We may make exceptions when required by applicable law or when a payment was clearly made in error. We may decline requests involving abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of refund rules.

7. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our products and payment flows change. The version published on this page is the current version.
