InterviewFox was founded by Aaron Zheng with a founding team whose experience spans Alibaba, ByteDance, and Zoom. We have sat on both sides of the interview table—as candidates and as interviewers—and seen how much can be lost between what someone can do and what they manage to express in the moment.

Interview performance doesn’t always reflect a candidate’s true ability. Interviews often reward clarity under pressure, even when the underlying experience is strong. Our focus is on giving candidates an AI-assisted way to prepare, think, and communicate in their own words.
